Power Climber Sherpa RD Advance - Installation and Maintenance (SE-P-21650)

Purpose

This training will enable the participant to install, perform service and maintenance and troubleshoot the Power Climber lift. Additionally, the participants will be able to operate the Power Climber lift in compliance with valid regulations. If this training is organized directly with PowerClimberit is the responsibility of the SGRE booking contact to make arrangements, issue the PO and ensure that certificates are uploaded to Group Account for storage and qualification management on the relevant upload module(s)

Objectives

Upon successful completion, participants will obtain
necessary knowledge and skills to:
• Operate the Lift/Cage safely in compliance with
current legislation
• Evacuate from the cabin
• Install the Power Climber lift system
• Maintain, service and troubleshoot problems on
the Power Climber lift system
• Fill in maintenance reports

Contents

Through theory and practice, participants will learn how to operate, install, carry
out service, maintenance and troubleshoot problems on the Power Climber lift system.

Recommended:
Due to the nature of the content and the learning purpose it is recommended that the participant has the competence acquired on the following training modules, prior to course commencement.
SE-P-50420 GWO BTT Electrical AND SE-P-50430 GWO BTT Hydraulic OR SE-P-06000 SWP Basic Turbine Electricity And Hydraulics
SE-P-50040 GWO BST Working at Heights

Notes

Upon completion, participants will be certificated by
Power Climber to operate, install and maintain the
Power Climber lift system within zone 1 of Siemens
wind turbines.
