Blade D Refresher (written test) (SE-P-17250)

Purpose

This written e-learning test is for technicians who have achieved the SE-P-17000 Blade D course certificate and need a recertification.
The recertification for Blade D certificate is as the following: One year after having passed the SE-P-17000 Blade D course the technician must pass this written test to maintain the certificate. After two years the technician must pass a three-day class room course SE-P-17500. After three years the technician must pass this SE-P-17250 written test again and after four years the technician must pass a three-day class room SE-P-17500 course and so on.

Objectives

Upon completion of this E-learning the participants have obtained the following knowledge:
This written e-learning test verifies that the Blade D certified technician has the knowledge's to work according to relevant (Work Instructions (WI) and Checklists (CH) which are mentioned in workflow scenarios III, IV, V, VI and VII in Work Instruction D1464420 Introduction to blade structural repair.) and still have adequate. Knowledge and skills as gained on the SE-P-17000 Blade D course.

Who should attend?

This course is intended for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy's and approved subcontractor's employees whose duties include advanced repair of complicated blade structural damages on SGRE blades.

Prerequisites

SE-P-17000 Blade D: Advanced repair of complicated blade structural damage OR SE-P-17500 Blade D Refresher
If it has been more than 12 months or SE-P-17250 Blade D (Written test) or SE-P-17500 Refresher is not passed, the technician must attend and pass SE-P-17000 Blade D: advanced repair of complicated structural damage.

Notes

Upon completion the participants will be recertified:
To repair blade damages in accordance with Blade Fault
Catalog Onsite (ZCI 1019466) level D damages.
