Purpose
The overall aim of the course is to provide system knowledge and skills for the participants to understand the operation of the control system in Bachmann controlled turbines, in order to perform commissioning and troubleshooting.Objectives
Upon completion of the course the participants must be able to:Knowledge
- - Explain how to find the relevant documentation
- - Explain the functionality of the turbine network
- - Explain the functionality of the turbine control system communications
- - Explain the function of the I/O modules
- - Analyze the relevant documentation
- - Demonstrate the use of upload and diagnostic tools
- - Demonstrate the use of the Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- - Demonstrate troubleshooting on the control systems
- - Demonstrate commissioning tasks related to the control systems
- - Work following established safety procedures
- - Apply Troubleshooter philosophy

Prerequisites

The participants should have a functional laptop with administrative access and required service software. In addition, if applicable or iPad, for accessing documentation.
The participants should be able to read and understand the course language.
