Commissioning and Troubleshooting Senvion Technology Platform (SE-P-09887)

Purpose

The Senvion Troubleshooting Training is an advanced technical training for experienced service technicians that provides and amplifies the necessary skills and system knowledge for those technicians who have to solve problems and deal with occurring faults at Senvion wind turbines.

Objectives

Together with the C-T Core (General Troubleshooting Module 1) and C-T Senvion technology Controller course (Senvion Troubleshooting Module 2) this course (Senvion Troubleshooting Module 3) builds a troubleshooting training that aims at the technicians' ability to understand, demonstrate and apply system knowledge in performing troubleshooting tasks at Senvion wind turbines independently.

Upon completion of the course the participants must be able to:
Knowledge:
  • - identify the troubleshooting tasks for the various systems.
  • - point out the interrelation between the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
  • - explain the setup and operation of the various systems.
  • - explain the differences of the converters in the Senvion platforms.
Skills:
  • - illustrate the operational process of the converter.
  • - demonstrate practical troubleshooting on turbine systems using the 7 steps process.
