TPT LOTO Training Family 4 (SE-P-09867)

Purpose

The overall purpose of the course is for the instructor / AP / APT to train and assess the participants overall ability to perform LOTO on the specific turbine within the Siemens Gamesa health and safety guidelines.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course the participants can perform the necessary LOTO on the specific turbine which is required for making scheduled Maintenance
  • - Start/Stop of the turbine
  • - Activate/Deactivate the brake
  • - Yawing of the turbine and Securing the yaw
  • - LOTO of the rotor
  • - LOTO of the HUB and Blades
  • - De-energize an electrical cabinet

Who should attend?

The course is intended for service technicians who will in the future be performing scheduled maintenance on this specific turbine type.

6 VR headsets (including supporting equipment) and the associated instructor tools
A practical VR workshop is required that has enough space to accommodate 6 participants, with a work area of approximately 2,5 x 2,5 meters for each.
