Commissioning and Troubleshooting Platform Gamesa Technology (SE-P-09910)
Purpose
The overall purpose of the course is for the participants to understand, demonstrate, and apply system knowledge, to be able to perform commissioning and troubleshooting tasks, specific to a Gamesa technology turbine.Objectives
Upon completion of the course the participants must be able to:Knowledge:
- - Explain the functional differences of the converters
- - Explain the commissioning tasks for the various systems
- - Point-out the interconnection between the electrical system to the mechanical, cooling and hydraulic systems
- - Describe the theory of operation of the various systems
- - Analyze the operational process of the converter
- - Design a testing strategy using the seven step process when given a set of facts on an actual system fault
- - Use the correct tools for testing an induced fault based on the testing strategy created based on the information given
- - Identify the required technical documentation needed to analyze and test the system fault
- - Create a statement to describe the system fault, reason of failure, and the steps taken to find and correct the fault
- - Work following established safety procedures
- - Apply Troubleshooter philosophy

The participants should have a functional laptop with administrative access.
The participants should have a functional SEFE DS and have access to it.
The participants should be able to read and understand the course language.
