Purpose

Preventive Maintenance Extended Training Family 2

Objectives

  • - Describe the fundamental process of the Preventive Maintenance in Family 2 turbines.
  • - Find and apply the preventive maintenance documentation.
  • - Apply safety standards in preventive maintenance according to applicable safety instructions.
  • - Understand preventive tsk description documents
  • - Properly follow and complete the preventive checklist.
  • - Perform the work according to the defined Preventive Maintenance Workflow
  • - Properly identify and report what is a defect in preventive maintenance.
  • - Use the measuring and testing tools that will be used in the preventive maintenance.
  • - Identify the main components of the turbine which are reviewed in preventive maintenance.

Who should attend?

Technicians who are being trained to achieve the MT level after the TPT Gamesa Platform, or just who are BT and they want to go deeper on these tasks, or just they are MT in another families and they are going to work with Family 2
