Remote Competent Assessor (SE-P-22160)

Purpose

*The overall purpose of the course is to educate an individual who has been identifies to fill a role that requires performing assessments of other technicians on site. To give the candidate basic knowledge about training and how the training corresponds to the Educational Instruction. *The candidate can describe the process for performing an assessment in accordance with the relevant Competence Framework *The candidate will be able to upload the required documentation, after the assessment, in accordance with the relevans Competence Framework *This should also apply to the equivalent competency framework of outside customers / contractors that wish to attend this course, or any other similar assessment operation.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course, the participants are able to:
  • - Assess candidate while solving a specific or predefined task.
  • - Apply communication principals for on the job assessments of candidates.
  • - Plan and perform an assessment.
  • - Give feedback to a candidate
  • - Maintain focus on safe and secure work practice and Zero Harm policy.
  • - Understand the basic's in training and how to plan and perform training in accordance with Education Instruction.
  • - Describe the assessment process in accordance with the relevant Competence Framework.
  • - Explain what kind of documentation is needed for the assessment.
  • - Explain the correct upload method for assessment documentation.
  • - Perform correct upload of assessment documentation

Prerequisites

  • - Manager approval in accordance with the appropriate framework.
  • - Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) laptop with access to SGRE network
