Commissioning and Troubleshooting SICS Converter training (SE-P-09930)
Purpose
The overall aim of the course is to provide the participant with the additional knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and troubleshoot faults in a converter system during commissioning and unscheduled service tasks.Objectives
Upon completion of the course the participants must be able to:Knowledge
- - Awareness of Safety hazards when working on the converter system
- - Describe the detailed documentation, configuration , and the function of the converter system.
- - Identify the diagnostic tools available to gather data from the converter
- - Understand of common faults on the converter system.
- - Interpret the Converter alarm codes related to the specific converter system
- - Apply the proper tools to identify, analyze and resolve faults in the converter system
- - Apply a safety mindset when working on the converter system
- - Adhere to established safety protocols
- - Apply a Troubleshooter philosophy
- - Use the available data driven tools when troubleshooting the converter
