LOTO Awareness Logbook (for externals only) (SE-P-50561-EXT)

Purpose

The purpose of this logbook is to ensure the individual can demonstrate they can follow the LOTO process in the turbine with the guidance of their Team Lead and following the relevant isolation documents. Required for all those site personnel that choose to comply with the LOTO Awareness requirement via the eLearning + OJT option. Once the individual completes the LOTO Awareness eLearning and this logbook, they will obtain a green LOTO awareness profile. The logbook contains a set of tasks to isolate a mechanical, electrical and hydraulig component and verify zero-energy state, by following an isolation document together with the guidance of their Team Lead.

Who should attend?

the course is intended for Service, Lifting, Commissioning or Blade Technicians.

Prerequisites

Participant must have a valid LOTO Awareness eLearning qualification. Can be obtained by attending the SE-P-50560 SGTT - LOTO Awareness eLearning

Notes

Must be observed and signed by a Team Lead / Authorized Person, to confirm that the technician has demonstrated knowledge in all sections. Additionally, it is required that the site responsible person (internal SGRE employee) acts as an observer and provides the final signature for the completion of this logbook.
Once this final signature is provided, the logbook will be complete and count towards the individual's account in SG Training Web.
