Sky Man TH250 - Installation and Maintenance (SE-P-13100)

Purpose

To enable the participants to do maintenance, inspection and installation on the Sky-man lift.

Objectives

After this training the participants will gain knowledge
and skills within:
• Valid regulations.
• Components, functions and technical specifications.
• Groundwork duties like suspension beam, ladder
arrangement, etc.
• On site installation tasks like power supply, connecting
send all stations, feed in steel wires and
etc.
• Inspection of Fall arrest devices and cables.
• Relevant documentation and reports.
• Risk assessment.
• Activating and deactivating the safety switch.
• Maintain, inspect and troubleshoot the lift.

Contents

Through the hands-on experience the participants will learn how to maintain, install
and troubleshoot the Tower Hoists.

Training is aimed at SGRE
employees, customers and 3rd parties whose work
responsibilities involve performing service and installation
of the Sky-man lift.

Prerequisites

SE-P-85650 Sky Man TH250 - User eLearning OR SE-P-13200 Sky-man lift user training
Recommended:
Due to the nature of the content and the learning purpose it is recommended that the participant has the competence acquired on the following training modules, prior to course commencement.
SE-P-50430 GWO BTT Hydraulic AND SE-P-50420 GWO BTT Electrical OR SE-P-06000 SWP Basic Turbine Electricity And Hydraulics
SE-P-50040 GWO BST Working at Heights

Notes

Upon completion of the training the participants
will be Sky-man certified. That will authorize them to
do maintenance, installation and inspection of the
Sky-man lift, as well as qualify them to perform different
tasks with the lift in zone 1 access areas.
